Widespace and Big Mobile strength partnership through Joint Venture deal

Widespace and Big Mobile are now a joint venture rolling out their ground breaking mobile DSP across APAC.

Machine learning and predictive technology which powers the DSP is returning spectacular results with engagement rates of up to 10% since its launch into the region in March.

The technology and easy to use creative tools are seeing brands repeatedly rebook and have helped Big Mobile win nominations for “Best mobile campaign” at the Digital trading awards in Singapore and the “Best Marketing Technology” for the B&T awards.

Big Mobile has run over 100 brand campaigns in the APAC region and has directly integrated more than 50 of the biggest publishers in APAC including Nine Entertainment, ABS CDN, Viva News, mi9, Singtel and many more.

The purely mobile DSP takes advantage of the huge shift in consumer behavior away from desktop with a majority of time spent on mobile, while also providing high viewabilty, no fraud, transparency, brand safety, as well as significant reach and scale for local advertisers.

The Widespace mobile platform, Summit, identifies users with an anonymous “device fingerprint ID”, then measures their ad engagement and browsing behaviour to serve up relevant advertising in a fraction of a second.

By studying and rapidly self-learning, the technology identifies lookalike users with similar attributes without the need to use costly amounts of data overlays. Applying this lookalike methodologies allows advertisers to extend reach up to 8 times.

Advertisers in APAC have the ability to go beyond desktop metrics such as CTR and report mobile ad engagement metrics such as dwell time, swipes, pinches, viewability, interaction rates, demographics, context and much more

The platform also allows advertisers to report back on metrics such as brand awareness, purchase intent and interest, through ad impact studies underpinned by Millward Brown survey methodology.

The platform is built for both programmatic buyers and publisher in-house sales teams – enabling them to trade programmatically via a self serve platform to plan, build, and report on campaigns. The Summit platform is simple to use and comes with intuitive drag-n-drop rich media creative tools or plugins to Celtra to create great campaigns including rich media & video campaigns.
