Widespace voted as one of Sweden’s best employers

Today Universum and Metrojobb present the results from the survey “Sweden’s Best Employer”. Widespace took home ninth place among mid-sized companies when graded by their Swedish employees. Widespace is proud and happy with the result. The ranking is an important tool for measuring employee satisfaction and if a company’s employees are satisfied with their employer. Contented and motivated employees become important ambassadors for attracting new talents.

The Survey is based on employees evaluating their employers based on three variables: internal identity, contentment and loyalty. Internal identity shows how employees perceive their employer’s reputation, image, properties of work, culture and repayment. It is also an indication of how the employees perceive the possibilities to advance within the organization. Contentment measures the satisfaction from an overall perspective and also concerns whether or not the employees would recommend the employer to their friends. The loyalty variable is based on how likely it is that the employees would like to continue working for their current employer.
